Julie Barsic

Julie Barsic, PMP, is a seasoned professional in emergency management and public health emergency management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Infrastructure Resilience at ICF since May 2018. With extensive experience, Julie previously held managerial roles at Aveshka, Inc. and GAP Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included leading initiatives on chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear issues for the Division of International Health Security. Julie's career encompasses a range of analytical and coordination roles, including logistical support for the Department of Homeland Security and emergency preparedness training with Fairfax County Health Department. Julie holds an MS in Biodefense from George Mason University and a BS in Biology from Penn State University.
