Julie Eckert

Julie Eckert, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Director of Program Management at ICF, where responsibilities include providing thought leadership in product strategy for a Generative AI proof of concept aimed at improving workforce efficiencies. Previously, Julie held roles such as Senior Manager in Program Management and Senior IT Project Manager, leading initiatives to enhance grant programs and combat fraud within the Medicare system. Prior experience spans positions at ArdentMC, where contributions supported the Biden-Harris President's Management Agenda and the Department of Homeland Security's Geospatial Program, and earlier roles focused on proposal analysis and operations at firms including ManTech and Cognosante. Julie Eckert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
