Justin Welk

Justin Welk is an experienced leader in learning and talent development, currently serving as Senior Director, Learning & Talent Experience at ICF since March 2020. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at ICF Next, including Director of Learning & Talent Development and Manager of Talent Development. Justin's background also includes a significant role at Target as a Lead Business Partner in Organizational Change Management, where responsibilities included driving enterprise-wide change and transformation. Previous experience encompasses Director of Talent Development at Sundog and Leadership Training Facilitator at FOCUS Training. Justin holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from North Dakota State University.
