Kaelynn Smith

Kaelynn Smith, Esq., CIPP/E, is a US Attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional specializing in data privacy, data protection and governance, and various legal fields including business, technology, and employment law. Kaelynn has extensive experience in both the US and EMEA data privacy matters, having held positions as a Privacy and Compliance Specialist-Intern at Premier Health Partners and a Legal Extern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Currently, Kaelynn serves as Vice President and General Counsel at Safety Advisors for Educational Campuses, LLC, and as Data Privacy and Commercial Manager at ICF, where they leverage their strong negotiating and communication skills to advise clients effectively. Kaelynn earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
