Karen Ruprecht

Karen Ruprecht is currently the Managing Director of Early Childhood Systems at ICF, where they manage a team that provides technical assistance to state child care administrators. Previously, they developed research-based practices at Early Learning Indiana and wrote valuable content for Child Care Aware of America. Karen also served as a Project Manager and Research Associate at Purdue University, where they led significant evaluations related to early childhood education. They have shared their expertise as an Adjunct Instructor at Ball State University. Karen participated in the Interdisciplinary Research Leaders Fellowship at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation from 2016 to 2019.
