Karolyn Gardner

Karolyn Gardner currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Contracts & Pricing at ICF, leading a team of over 110 professionals across various groups. With a career spanning more than three decades, Karolyn previously held significant roles, including Vice President of Contracts & Pricing at ICF and Vice President/Executive Director of Contracts & Procurement at Dewberry, overseeing enterprise-wide contracts and compliance efforts. Additionally, positions at Akima, LLC, PAE, CH2M HILL, PCCI, Inc., Marine Spill Response Corporation, and Electronic Data Systems provided extensive experience in contract administration, procurement, and risk management. Karolyn is also a co-chair of the Women's Employee Community Network and holds a BA in International Relations and Business Management from Goucher College.
