Katy Koon

Katy Koon is a Senior Energy Consultant at ICF, dedicated to assisting organizations with social impact goals in making data-driven decisions. They previously held roles as a Fellow at Mission Measurement and an Analyst at REMI, where they contributed to economic impact analyses and grant data coding. Katy's early experience includes internships and assistantships at various educational and governmental institutions, where they focused on renewable energy, environmental policy, and financial management. They earned a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University.
