Kerry Mullins

Kerry Mullins is a Senior Recruiter for the Public Sector at ICF since January 2021, specializing in recruitment for Capture and Proposal initiatives in Cyber and Emerging Technologies across Defense, Intelligence, Public Health, and other Federal clients. Earlier experience includes a position as Associate Director of Recruiting at KPMG Advisory, where Kerry managed recruitment strategies for Federal Advisory, and as Recruiting Manager for Intelligence.
