Kim McCarley currently serves as VP and ACF Account Lead for ICF, focusing on business development strategies in social programs. Kim has a strong background in business development and contract management, having previously held the position of Director of Business Development at Manhattan Strategy Group, where leadership of contract activities contributed to increased market share within key strategic agencies. Prior to that, Kim was Vice President of Business Development at Danya International LLC, overseeing comprehensive plans for various health and education agencies. Early in the career, Kim held several roles in the U.S. Army Reserve, including Sergeant. Kim holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Administration from Washington Adventist University.
