Kristen leads ICF’s Corporate Growth Business Development organization.

With more than 30 years of business development experience, Kristen has led multiple teams across a broad set of markets and industries both in the U.S. and internationally. She has worked for a variety of large firms over the course of her career and managed her own consulting firm focused on providing business development support to a wide range of architecture-engineering firms.
