Kristi Black

Kristi Black is a seasoned CEQA/NEPA practitioner and project manager currently serving as the Managing Director of Environmental Planning at ICF in the San Francisco Bay Area. With a robust background in environmental science, Kristi has held senior roles including Senior Environmental Planner and Principal at ICF, and has contributed as a Project Manager and Senior Planner at Ecology and Environment, Inc. They have extensive experience across various projects related to infrastructure, regulations, and development, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring in project management and CEQA topics. Kristi's previous positions also include Environmental Scientist roles at RMT, Inc. and Panorama Environmental, Inc.
