Laney Gibbes

Laney Gibbes, LCSW, serves as a Senior Technical Specialist at ICF, where expertise is provided on victim-related issues and capacity building. As the Principal of Laney Gibbes & Company, LLC, since 2011, consulting services focus on the prevention and intervention of domestic violence, sexual assault, teen dating violence, and family violence. Gibbes has extensive experience as a consultant for organizations such as ALSO and the Vera Institute of Justice, contributing to policy development and technical assistance in domestic and sexual violence areas. Previous roles include Principal at capacity360, LLC, and Executive Director of the Colorado Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where program oversight and fiscal management were key responsibilities. Gibbes holds an MSW in Social Work from the University of Denver and a BS in Biology from Davidson College.
