Larry O'Rourke

Larry O'Rourke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transportation and public policy. Currently serving as Lead Transportation Specialist and Manager at ICF since August 2001, Larry has previously worked as an Analyst at Jack Faucett Associates from 1992 to 2001. Additionally, Larry held the position of Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University for a short term in 2000, teaching Public Policy Research Methods. Larry's academic background includes a PhD in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, an MA in Government from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Political Science from the same institution.
