Laura Terstappen

Laura Terstappen is a Senior Proposal Manager at ICF, a position they have held since 2019, following the acquisition of Incentive Technology Group. Previously, they contributed as a Proposal Manager at Leidos and held various roles, including Resource Manager and Office Administrator at BroadPoint, Inc. Laura's early career included internships with the US Congress and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where they supported research and constituent communications. They earned a B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University and briefly studied Spanish Language and Culture at Universitat de València.
