Lauren Phillips, CPSWQ, QSD, currently serves as the Disaster Management Lead PMO at ICF, where responsibilities include project management and grant management support for Texas' $4.3 billion disaster management initiative. Prior experience includes supervision of construction monitors and biological surveyors as an Environmental Planner and Wildlife Biologist, ensuring environmental regulatory compliance for large energy projects. At Geavista Group, Lauren worked as an Energy Analyst, creating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing customer relations. Earlier experience includes an internship with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where Lauren contributed to the development of Arkansas' State Implementation Plan for particulate matter emissions. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Geology from Southern Methodist University, graduating in 2011.
