Lenna Schott, UXC, is a dedicated Customer / User Experience Research Manager with a strong focus on enhancing customer experiences and fostering loyalty while aligning with organizational objectives. Lenna held positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware and as a Market Research Analyst at Transamerica before advancing to an Insights Leader role at IKEA, where they managed diverse research projects across multiple functions. More recently, Lenna served as a UX Researcher at ICF and currently leads research initiatives as a Lead Researcher / CX Strategist, Manager, collaborating cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions and customer advocacy. Lenna earned both an M.S. in Agricultural and Resource Economics and a B.S. in Food and Agribusiness Management from the University of Delaware.
