Liz Janssen

Liz Janssen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President at ICF since August 2016, Liz leads the corporate learning, development, and change management function for a global professional services and technology firm with over 7,000 professionals. Prior to this role, Liz held various leadership positions at Xerox for over a decade, including Senior Director of Worldwide Learning and General Manager of Global Learning & Organizational Effectiveness, where responsibilities encompassed learning strategy for over 10,000 employees and driving skills transformation aligned with business initiatives. Liz's career began with roles that focused on workforce strategy and learning & development, showcasing a strong background in creating impactful learning environments. Liz holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Lafayette College.
