Liz Witt

Liz Witt is a Senior Manager of Global HR Operations at ICF, where they focus on enhancing the candidate and client experience while supporting team goals and strategic development. Previously, they served as the Global Talent Experience Coordinator Lead, managing a team that elevated candidate experiences through process improvement and data analytics. Prior to their role at ICF, Liz managed customer service and distribution at Solid Stone Fabrics, Inc., where they implemented new policies and trained staff to enhance customer satisfaction. Liz holds an Associate degree in Administrative Support of Technology from Patrick Henry Community College.
