Lori Goodwin Bowers

Lori Goodwin Bowers has more than 38 years of experience in the early care and education field. Currently serving as a Fellow/Technical Director at ICF, they support State-level activities and develop resources for collaborative work among early care and education partners. Prior to this, Lori was the State Director for the Colorado Preschool Program at the Colorado Department of Education for over 12 years, where they significantly increased the number of children served and oversaw the development of a longitudinal data system. Lori's background also includes roles in direct service and teaching at various higher education institutions.
