Lou Pack

Lou Pack is a Senior Vice President with ICF International, where Lou has been working since May 2002. Prior to this, Lou was a Vice President with the same company. Before joining ICF International, Mr. Pack worked as a Principal with Arthur D. Little, Inc. Lou holds an MBA in Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a B.S. in General Science from Villanova University.
