Louis Hwang

Louis Hwang is a Senior Program Management Analyst at ICF, where responsibilities include providing IT governance, program management, and data analysis services for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) since October 2018. Previously, Louis served as a Work Order lead, offering portfolio management, analysis, and reporting services for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Prior to that role, Louis was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2016 to May 2018, focusing on generating dashboards using Power BI and providing SharePoint program, technical, and customer support for the Army. Louis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia, earned between 2011 and 2015.
