Lujane Juburi

Lujane Juburi is a skilled Community Development Specialist and Researcher at ICF since September 2021, with prior experience as a Starbucks Barista from May 2018 to July 2021. Lujane served as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University's Maxwell School from August 2020 to May 2021, focusing on urban policy and development, and was Co-Chair of Diversity Affairs for the SU Student Association, where efforts centered on improving racial and ethnic demographic information in admissions. Additional experience includes a work-study role at the Syracuse University College of Arts and Sciences, providing support to academic advisors, and an internship with the Alliance to End Hunger, where grant proposals were crafted and partnerships explored. Lujane's early engagement in policy advocacy includes participation as a delegate at the Muslim Public Affairs Council's Young Leaders Policy and Media Summit. Lujane holds degrees in Policy Studies and Philosophy from Syracuse University.
