Luz Mercier

Luz Mercier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business operations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at ICF since 2009, Luz has also held roles as UX Lead & Project Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as a Business Operations Specialist at KIPP DC from May 2006 to July 2008 and as a Program Coordinator at Communities In Schools of Atlanta from July 2002 to July 2005. Luz holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Emory University, awarded between 1997 and 2001.
