Margaret Carpenter

Margaret Carpenter possesses extensive experience in financial management and project oversight, currently serving as the Lead Project Financial Controller at ICF since September 2000, following a role as Senior Project Financial Controller within the same organization. Prior to ICF, Margaret held the position of Director of Special Events at Doris Day Animal League/Doris Day Animal Foundation from 1995 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor of Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
