Mark Wagner

Mark Wagner is the Senior Vice President at ICF International, where they provide technical, economic, and public policy consulting services to various international organizations, including the US EPA and the World Bank, focusing on ozone layer protection, climate change, and chemicals management. With a career spanning over three decades at ICF, Mark manages a team of more than 50 professionals and leads global program evaluations for multilateral environmental institutions. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Information Specialist at Technassociates, Inc., reviewing New Drug Applications for the FDA, and as a Research Assistant at ICF Incorporated, conducting analysis on toxic substances. Mark holds dual S.B. degrees in Chemistry and Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
