Marti Kovener, PMP, is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in capacity building and innovation in the justice and victim services sectors. Currently serving as VP of Market Insights and Enablement at ICF, Kovener's roles have included VP of Growth Enablement and Senior Director in Justice and Victim Services. With a background in managing national training and technical assistance operations for various government initiatives, Kovener has effectively brokered services to enhance juvenile justice and delinquency prevention efforts. Prior roles include Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Law and Justice and Director of Victim Services at the Denver District Attorney's Office, where a comprehensive network for crime victims was established. Kovener's early career featured a pivotal role as Executive Director of the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault, focusing on policy advocacy and training for sexual assault survivor support. An alum of the University of Colorado Boulder, Kovener holds a degree encompassing Women Studies, Psychology, and American Studies.
