Mary Garrison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in child welfare and youth services. Currently serving as Vice President Portfolio Lead for Children and Youth at ICF since October 2014, Mary manages contracts exceeding $50 million annually and oversees a portfolio of more than 200 staff focused on enhancing the capacity of child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Previously, Mary held the position of Assistant Director at SDSU Academy for Professional Excellence, where efforts were concentrated on child welfare training programming for Southern California. Mary began the career at Cherokee Health Systems, Inc. as Director of Children and Youth Outpatient Services.
