Matt Boyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international development, climate resilience, and energy efficiency. Currently serving as the International Account Lead for the Climate, Energy & Transportation (CET) Division at ICF, Matt advises major development organizations such as USAID and the Millennium Challenge Corporation on strategies to enhance clean energy and social impact in emerging markets. Previously, Matt held significant roles at Chemonics International, managing multimillion-dollar programs aimed at promoting economic growth and climate resilience in Asia, and has contributed to sustainable agricultural practices through various volunteer positions, including with the Peace Corps. Matt holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
