Michael Conti

Michael Conti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory, policy, and environmental economics. Currently serving as Vice President of the Regulatory, Policy and Economics Portfolio at ICF since December 2016, Michael previously held multiple leadership roles at Abt Associates Inc. from November 1986 to December 2016, including Division Vice President for the Environment and Natural Resources Division. Michael’s career also includes significant positions at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, such as Acting Deputy Division Director and Policy Analyst, as well as a role as Legislative Analyst for the U.S. Senate Government Affairs Committee. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University.
