Michael Pineda

Michael Pineda, PE, PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Construction Oversight Manager at ICF since May 2022. Prior experience includes acting as Project Manager at Build & Build Corp., where responsibilities encompassed managing federal civil and electrical contracts averaging over four million dollars. Michael has also worked as an Engineering Consultant at Knight Piesold, providing services in renewable energy and mining projects across multiple continents, and previously held project management roles at Gonzalez Contracting and Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited, focusing on budget management, production timelines, and maintenance efficiency. Additionally, Michael has experience as an Energy Auditor with AmeriCorps, where significant energy savings were achieved. Michael began a career in engineering with roles in process and quality engineering at GE Aviation and Pratt & Whitney, respectively. Michael earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
