Michael Trofe

Michael Trofe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and facilities services. Currently serving as a Program Manager at ICF since May 2021, Michael previously held the position of Senior Account Manager for C&I Utility Programs at the same company, where responsibilities included content development, customer relationship management, and technical expertise. Prior to that, Michael was the Director of Maintenance at The Barclay at SouthPark and held various roles at other organizations, such as Director of Facilities Services at Aldersgate United Methodist Retirement Community and Director of Maintenance at St. Mary's Catholic Home. Michael's background also includes a position as an Electrification Specialist at Tri-Lift NC, Inc. and Project Manager at JVS Property Management, overseeing multiple construction and improvement projects across residential and commercial properties.
