Michela Schildts

Michela Schildts is a seasoned Program Manager and Operations Executive with extensive experience in the disaster recovery and mitigation industry. They have successfully led rebuilding efforts for homes and communities affected by natural disasters, specializing in program design, operations, and compliance with HUD regulations. Michela has held significant roles, including Executive Director at SBP, where they oversaw disaster recovery initiatives, and they are currently a Lead Community Recovery and Mitigation Specialist at ICF. They also served as Vice President of Operations at Smart Home America, focusing on community resilience and pre-disaster mitigation. Michela earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Florida.
