Mike Boggs

Mike Boggs, Jr. currently holds the position of Vice President for Security and Resilience at ICF, a role assumed in October 2018, previously serving as Senior Director for the Federal Civilian and Army Portfolio, Director for Federal Cyber Programs, and Senior Program Manager within the same organization. Prior to ICF, Mike held the position of Senior Joint Cyberspace Operations Planner III at PLEX Solutions, LLC and served as Chief of Network Pursuit at the National Security Agency. Additional experience includes roles as Future Planner/Joint Cyberspace Planner at United States Cyber Command, Company Commander in the US Army, and various planning roles within the United States Department of Defense and United States Forces Korea. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity and Policy from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Science in Business from Drury University, and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Webster University, complemented by studies at the Joint Forces Staff College, National Defense University.
