Mike Murphey

Mike Murphey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and product management, currently serving as the Director of Program Management at ICF since April 2021. In this role, Mike oversees large-scale software implementation projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, managing multiple Scrum teams and ensuring optimal user experience and engagement. Prior to ICF, Mike held senior positions at Dealer Inspire, where responsibilities included leading product development and achieving significant client growth, and Semcasting, Inc., where Mike played a crucial role in daily operations and business integration post-acquisition. Mike holds an M.B.A. from Hamline University and a B.A. in Advertising/Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
