Mike Rushton

Mike Rushton is a Principal and Project Director at ICF International's Sacramento office, where they direct natural resource management and planning efforts. With a career that began at Jones & Stokes, where they served as Principal from 1972 to 2008, Mike continued their leadership at ICF Jones & Stokes from 2008 to 2009 before moving to their current role in 2010. They hold a Master's degree in Geography from the University of California, Davis, completed in 1972, and specialize in NEPA and CEQA impact analyses as well as natural resource planning studies across the western U.S.
