Misty Minna has extensive experience in instructional design and training across various industries. At Apple from June 2014 to July 2017, Misty enhanced customer experience through employee training, leading to a 20% increase in sales and high customer satisfaction ratings. As an Instructional Designer and Content Development Specialist at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts from July 2017 to November 2021, Misty developed e-learning courses and blended training plans, resulting in significant employee proficiency improvements. Currently at ICF since September 2024, Misty collaborates with governmental organizations to create diverse curricula.
