Neil Sullivan

Neil Sullivan is a Senior Vice President of Environmental Planning at ICF, bringing 28 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and program management. They manage a team of over 200 professionals and oversee the preparation and review of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents for various projects across the United States. Their clients include notable federal agencies and organizations, and they have led recovery efforts in Puerto Rico after Hurricanes Maria and Irma. Neil holds an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Bath and a BSc in Human and Physical Geography from the University of Reading.
