Nico Adams

Nico Adams, PMP, serves as the Chief of Operations/Deputy Project Manager at the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP), providing project management and strategic planning support to enhance integration between operational and programmatic tasks. With a strong background in financial institutions, Nico has advised senior management on risk management and led various organizational projects. Previously, their roles included Financial Accountant at the State Department Federal Credit Union and AVP Operations at NASA Federal Credit Union, where they managed multiple departments and teams. Nico holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland College Park and currently leads the EEI Project Management Office at ICF.
