Noah S Purcell

Noah S Purcell is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in program management, strategy analysis, and writing. Currently serving as a Program Manager at ICF since August 2021, Noah previously excelled as a Proposal Manager at Walker-Miller Energy Services and held positions as a Senior Strategy Analyst and Strategy Analyst at SEEL_LLC. Early in the career, Noah contributed as the MEEFA State Lead and Americorps Green Schools Coordinator at EcoWorks Detroit. Additional experience includes writing for Ambassador Magazine and Detroiter Magazine, along with contract work for the Detroit Regional Chamber. Noah's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Wayne State University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Communication from Oakland University.
