Patrick McConnell is the Senior Vice President of Health Engineering Solutions at ICF, having joined the company in 2022. Previously, they served as Chief Technology Officer at SemanticBits from 2015 to 2022, where they developed the technology vision and oversaw software engineering quality across various health IT initiatives. Before that, from 2001 to 2008, they were a Senior Project Manager at Duke University Medical Center, leading projects in translational medicine. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, both from Emory University.
