Patti Rosa

Patti Rosa currently serves as the Director of Client Services at ICF, a position held since September 2014. Prior to this role, Patti held the title of Head of Core Infrastructure Services at Orange Business Services from January 2004 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing global IT infrastructure for 27,000 internal staff and ensuring operations met service level agreements. Patti's earlier career includes a tenure at Equant, where the position evolved from Group Manager to IT Director, leading initiatives for messaging and directory services for 18,000 employees, and implementing the company's first intranet. Additionally, Patti started in technology with Sprint International / Global One as a Client Support Analyst IV and LAN-WAN Integrator, providing support for messaging and network services for over 10,000 staff while also traveling globally for technology deployment and support.
