Paul Vrabel, PMP, is the Vice President of Energy and Sustainability at ICF International, where they manage energy efficiency federal sector projects. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Project Manager at ICF International, focusing on energy-efficient lighting projects for public-private partnerships from 1999 to 2007, and was the Director of the Energy Efficient Products Group at Sea Gull Lighting from 2007 to 2009. Paul earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's of Science in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
