Philip Gilmore is a Lead Historic Preservation Specialist with a strong commitment to the recovery and preservation of New Orleans and southeast Louisiana since 2005. Their expertise spans history, arts, urbanism, grants administration, historic preservation, geography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Philip has held pivotal roles in managing preservation efforts associated with disaster recovery and infrastructure projects, and they are currently serving at ICF. They are certified in Remote Sensing and GIS and qualified by the National Park Service in History and Architectural History.
