Philip Magaletta is a seasoned psychologist with 28 years of experience in criminal justice and mental health. Currently serving as a Lead Research Scientist and Senior Research Manager at ICF, Philip conducts research and analysis on substance use disorders and suicide risk care for the Defense Health Agency. Previously, Philip held positions at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, including Clinical Training Coordinator and Chief of Clinical Education and Workforce Development, and was a Professorial Lecturer of Forensic Psychology at The George Washington University. Philip earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University, as well as an MA from Loyola University Maryland and a BS from the University of Scranton.
