Polly Schaefer

Polly Schaefer, BSW, currently serves as a Proposal Coordinator at ICF since June 2024. Prior to this role, Polly was engaged with Media Mobilize from November 2020 to May 2024 as a Brand Partnership professional, where responsibilities included fostering relationships and managing the life cycle of brand partnerships to enhance native advertising effectiveness. Polly has extensive experience in the United States Army Reserve as a Human Resources Officer from February 2012 to September 2022, advising on personnel matters and overseeing training for team members. Other roles include Chief Executive Assistant at Squared Away, Administrative Support Specialist at Mayvin®, Client Care Coordinator at Keller Williams Realty, Information and Referral Specialist at IQ Solutions, and Veterans Affairs Specialist at New Mexico State University. Polly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from New Mexico State University in 2016.
