Rafael Aste

Rafael Aste is a Senior Consultant in EU Policy at ICF, focusing on impact assessments and feasibility studies for the European Commission in security, transport, and chemical policy, and was recognized with ICF’s “Big Impact Award” in 2024. Previous roles include serving as an EU Policy Consultant at Economisti Associati, Strategic Communications Consultant at Gold Standard, and Public Affairs Consultant at Impronta Comunicaciones and AUNO Comunicación, advising multinational corporations on public policy matters. Rafael has also held research and communications positions in various organizations, contributing to Peru's global brand insights and strategic communications for the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism. Rafael holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins SAIS and additional degrees in International Politics, Political Science, and Public Policy.
