Ratima Kataria is an experienced leader in strategy and growth, currently serving as VP Strategy and Growth for Federal Health at ICF and as a Board Member for AFCEA Bethesda. Ratima has held various significant positions, including Program Director for the ACT-IAC Health Community of Interest and Director of Consulting at CGI, where a growth strategy for the HHS market was defined. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Health Resources and Services Administration, where responsibilities encompassed IT Infrastructure and project management, as well as leadership positions at Net ESolutions, Ekagra Software Technologies, CareFusion, and VT iDirect. Ratima began a career in the semiconductor industry, focusing on FPGA development at startups and Xilinx. Ratima holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and a Leadership and Management Certificate from The Wharton School.
