Ray Lo Presti is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in solution architecture and IT management across various sectors, including government and defense. Currently serving as Vice President of Solution Architecture at ICF since April 2022, Ray has a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Solutions Architect at GovernmentCIO and Director positions at MorganFranklin Consulting and Addx Corporation. With demonstrated expertise in strategic business planning, budgeting, and operational initiatives, Ray has effectively led projects for law enforcement and federal agencies and has contributed to significant technology solutions development throughout a career that began in the U.S. Army as a Captain in Field Artillery. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from La Salle University.
