Raymond Persaud

Raymond Persaud has extensive experience in technical program management and web solutions, currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at ICF Next and as a Manager of Web Solutions at ICF International since September 2009. Prior to this role, Raymond worked as a Project Manager at Enterpulse from January 2002 to September 2009. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCOMP) degree from Concordia University and a degree in Pure and Applied Sciences from Vanier College.
