Richard Lewis is an experienced social scientist and consultant with a focus on criminal justice system reform and program management. Currently serving at FedWriters, Richard Lewis oversees social and economic initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for vulnerable populations. Richard Lewis also holds a consulting and director position at ICF, where project management and strategic planning are key responsibilities. With 25 years of experience in program management, Richard Lewis has contributed to various organizations, including Prison Fellowship and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where leadership in compliance and program effectiveness was paramount.
